Terms of Service

1. The service

US Data Connect sells non-exclusive licenses to US homeowner marketing records. When you purchase a list, you receive a perpetual license to use those records for your own marketing and sales activities.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use purchased data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do-Not-Call Registry rules, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws. You are solely responsible for scrubbing lists against applicable do-not-call registries before calling and for obtaining any consent your outreach method requires.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish purchased records, use them for unlawful discrimination, identity verification, credit or employment decisions, or any purpose governed by the FCRA. This is marketing data only.

4. Refunds

Because data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file has a technical problem, contact support within 7 days and we'll make it right.

5. Disclaimer

Data is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep records accurate and fresh, we cannot guarantee every field of every record. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
